This Mad Desire is Icelandic-Canadian and Toronto-area singer-songwriter Mackenzie Kristjon's Rock and Roll brand. His music has been described as "like Neil Young on David Bowie drugs". Mackenzie frequently collaborates with other artists like Dan Konopka, drummer for OK Go, and has co-writes with Barzin, Leon Harrison (The Lazys), Cas Weinbren (Zombies 3), and even Leonard Cohen (just ask!). His latest EP is This Mad Desire "Secret Covers Volume 1" featuring tracks by Warren Zevon, Sebadoh, Black Sabbath, and Bob Wiseman as well as "Army Of Me" by Björk. Check it out!
